Happy World Photography Day!
What started as me simply picking up a camera and taking pictures at a racetrack has turned into something I never could’ve imagined.
Photography has given me the opportunity to meet some incredible people, travel to different tracks, work with drivers and teams, get published, and most importantly, capture moments that people can look back on for years to come.
Motorsports photography isn’t always easy. It’s long nights, thousands of photos, hours of editing, dirt, mud, heat, cold, and plenty of late nights staring at Lightroom 😂. But seeing someone use one of my photos as their profile picture, print it out, share it with their family, or tell me that I captured a moment that means something to them makes every bit of it worth it.
GM Media has grown more than I ever expected, and I’m extremely thankful for every track, driver, family, team, publication, and person who has trusted me behind the camera or supported my work along the way.
I’m still learning every single time I pick up the camera, and there’s still a long way I want to take this.
