🏈📸 **Cleburne Youth Football & Cheer Picture Day is coming up!**

We’ll see everyone **Saturday, August 29** at the **John Warren Sports Complex**. Please check the schedule below for your team’s assigned picture time and plan to arrive ready to go.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 **Have siblings in the league?** Siblings are welcome to come together at **either sibling’s scheduled shoot time**. We’ll take their sibling photo **and** each athlete’s individual pictures during that same time slot—no need to make two separate trips through the line.

We’re looking forward to another great Picture Day with Cleburne Youth Football & Cheer!

Quick question for our league admins —

How do you currently store your athlete and parent contact information? Spreadsheet, registration platform, something else?

We're building a better picture day process and want to work with whatever system you're already using — not add more steps to your plate.

Comment below or shoot me a message. Takes 30 seconds and genuinely helps us make this easier for you. 🙏

I’m looking for a few more photographers to help beta test PDR. Specifically looking for those shooting 500+ player leagues using GP, PD, and/or Sytist workflows, as well as photographers running 100% prepay models and delivering digital files.
If that sounds like you, please head over to https://www.thepicturedayrig.com/for-photographers and fill out the form. Thanks everyone for the incredible support so far.

I need a "Hero" image to place on the new homepage that I have been working on.

If we have provided an image that stands out to you and don't mind your athlete being the "face" of our new website, share that image below.

Big news from our family to yours! 📣
After a lot of thought, we're excited to share that Images Evolved is rebranding to The Picture Day Rig.
Why the change? Simple — we want our name to tell you exactly what we do. When leagues, coaches, and parents see "The Picture Day Rig," there's no guessing. You know we roll up in our 34-foot mobile studio, set up two shooting stations, and handle picture day from start to finish. That's our specialty, and now our name reflects it.
What's NOT changing:
✅ Same family-run, veteran-owned business
✅ Same crew you've come to trust
✅ Same commitment to fast, professional team and individual portraits
✅ Same Central Texas roots
We're still the same people who care deeply about getting picture day right for your players, your league, and your families — just with a name that finally matches the experience.
Stay tuned over the coming weeks as we roll out our new look. We can't wait to share it with you!
Thank you for being part of our journey. 🧢⚾🥎
