Oh hi Instagram, only been a couple years since our last post but what a way to come back. We are so absolutely honored to receive this award from the youth for our work with them. We as “The Boys” are so privileged to meet, chat with, and share their stories and we don’t take that level of trust lightly. We have so much fun anytime we show up to a drop in or event. I'm joking, kind of, but not really.

Slacking off, getting distracted, letting your mind wander, these are all things that happen. I know we probably aren't nearly as productive as we should be every day (unless you're a client reading this, in that case, we are working harder than ever!). But when you have those moments, or days, or sometimes more than that, I think it's important to move forward and not beat yourself up over it.

Encouraging a positive space for mental health is always the first hurdle for productivity!

So forgive yourself today!

We work hard to make sure our clients feel as comfortable as possible when we stick a camera in their face for an interview shoot. Whether it's a job interview or an on-camera interview, nothing is worse than the interviewer making everything impersonal and awkward.⁠
