Erik Likes Red Studio "Erik Likes Red" is Rope Art & Photography Studio that hosts Sh***ri & B**M experiences. Hello!

I'm Erik Adamah
I am a non-binary erotic artist and sh***ri rope photographer. I started my sh***ri journey photographing models in 2014 and instantly began noticing the profound emotional shifts and cathartic experiences people were having in the ropes, and realizing very quickly I had discovered a very powerful and magickal art. In retrospect, I now know that my interest in the Art of Sh***ri wa

s a very intuitive calling from a deep internal source desiring to heal and recover my own erotic innocence. I was also inspired by a lifelong struggle with anxiety, shame, claustrophobia and other socialized and conditioned triggers and often unconscious responses. Within my sh***ri study and practice I continuously discovered access to a deeply rooted, internal archive of historic experience and trauma. The shamanic practice of Sh***ri, when performed properly (appropriately with intention and fully embodied consent) can be an extremely potent artistic and therapeutic tool. The highly vulnerable and sometimes erotic positions and states entered and expressed during a rope session can give both the model and rigger moments of catharsis that can only be described as transcendent, spiritual and even healing. From the highly erotic and juicy sensuality of a well negotiated play scene to the profoundly transformative and healing rope ritual, the art of sh***ri rope bo***ge and b**m can be practiced within a wide spectrum of expression and intent. Besides being a Sh***ri Practitioner, Transformation & Intimacy Coach, author, poet and artist, I am also a Practitioner of Ritualistic Magick. My favorite offerings combine my Sh***ri rope art with over two decades of experience in the ancient psychoanalytical art of Ceremonial Magick. I also have over a decade of experience in B**M and I hold training in the Wheel of Consent, NLP, Hypnosis, and Trauma & Somatics. See more of my work at www.eriklikesred.com and on IG:

Erik Likes Red Studio proudly presents our very first KickStarter Campaign! ...ROPE & POETRY, a large format (8.5x11) high-resolution artist-signed photography book showcasing my rope and poetry spanning the last decade since I began tying in 2014.

I am always so honored by all the trust and vulnerability that I get to hold for those who have supported my art as rope models, teachers, students and enthusiasts. And I am elated to celebrate my rope journey through a very intentionally curated collection of the work I have produced over the last 10 years...

Also don't forget to check out the add-ons option on my Kickstarter: A limited edition signed print "Dream of the Fisherman's Daughter" ...An erotic digital watercolor print inspired by the work of the Japanese woodblock artist, Katsushika Hokusai

FACELESS (A poem by Erik Adamah , Instagram: )

Sometimes the truth does not set you free
Sometimes it ties and binds you
Stabs you in the back
Sticks a needle in your eye
Thwarts your attack and undermines all your defenses

Sometimes the truth murders all your senses
Sometimes it enraptures and traps you
Throws rocks in your path far in front of you
Oh—If only you knew
If only you knew

Sometimes the truth just isn't the truth
Just isn't truth
And sometimes what once was lies and far fetched fable is sitting at our dining table
Is herding our attention through silver lined doors
With silver lined tongues and a beautiful white horse
And a rider
Of somewhere you saw in a dream
Keeps circling back around and leaving strange things on our doorstep
On our words
On our head
Will always find a way to forget what we said

Will always find a way to forget what we saw
Who we are in the moment
What we swallow in droves
When we found Eden's entrance
Where we buried the sixes
Why we left them to die with endless vice and cheap fixes

Yes—Sometimes the truth just doesn't pick us
Just doesn't choose us to know that its there
Sometimes the truth just doesn't care
Just doesn't know its very own name
Sometimes the truth is exactly what's to blame
What's to hide
And always in the open
Right where they'll find it

FALLEN (A poem by Erik Adamah, Instagram )...

Oh sadistic sanity
You won't ever remember me
But I remember you
And I was never what you thought I should be
Vaporous and broken glass
Endless broken story
Prisoner of my past
Playing god
Stealing kisses
Endless arrows
He never misses

And there I am
Falling short
Fable empty
Mind is torn
And all the while my scars still love me
Still give me ends
And new beginnings
Still wish me the best
While seething with sweet envy

And there you are
In better hands than mine could ever be
In better eyes with better words
Sophisticated apathy
Deliberate just the way it always was
Just the way it had been before we met
Drowning in water
She still doesn't get wet
A falling angel
A bitter smile
A crescent moon
Made it all worth while

And there we are

And there we were
Ancient and serious
Infected with wonder and oh-so delirious
So in the shade they stood all the bright light for a while
Watching us with satin skin and archaic smile
A statue of a lover
Made of stone, heart, and steel
Yet as the wind blew by past pillar and temple to here
She still shed in dust and an ocean of tear
And no matter the temptation to keep her here, held in time
The original sin so soft and sublime
The one and only rule that they did make just to break
And so, shall we pluck fruit as we make for the gate
Dancing in patternless spoken word and threefold figure eight
An image for those that lept from the heavens
You shall not eat of this tree, they said, lest you be wiser than the gods
Echoed in heads now entranced and more than willing to take those odds

Oh the poison of knowing the illusion coursing through our veins
Posing as blood and memory, taking clocks, making names
And there we are
There we were.
There I am.

ABRACADABRA (A poem by Erik Adamah)...

Now spelling all the signs and symbols backwards
Now drawing a little less straighter lines in the blacked out crimson sand
Looking past the v***r thin edges of the forest
Where lilith drifts herself in and out of our existence
In and out of these voices chanting in amber summer dawn
In sacred golden geometry, in freeze and flight and fawn
In eclipsing light, emerging night and savory delicious sin
Now echoing across the valleys thru the landscape of our skin

Casting time into space into words that matter less and less each day
Each year fading faster into the last
Same as the first
Yet now with less syllables
Now letting go of the past with random mythology
And irrelevant parables...

LORE (A poem by Erik Adamah, Instagram: )...

What do you read into it
What mirror are you casting on their foreheads and faces, their fingers and spaces,
What do you intuit
Running in perfect circles inside the garden of their finest delight
Where do you send your lost souls when they come out at the edge of night to dance and play
Speaking in nonsense and complexity, talking in dirty tongues, gibberish and pure poetry...

Where do you go when the lies start forever flowing in august and ample rhythm
In perfect sunset and delicate schism now tearing the earth apart
Into threes and fives
A corner full of madness, murder and extra lives..

What do you see when you look at me through well-crafted perception and entrancing lore
What story do you tell yourself when I am not there
Still standing in the door
Still standing at ease and perfect attention to the throbbing crimson now in full ascension
From dark to light and everything in between
The lines of crumbling pillar
Throwing in ashes the last of me.

HERE WE ARE... (a poem by Erik Adamah, Instagram:

Here we are
Dangling by threads
Standing on edges
Losing our heads
Balancing on fences
Waiting until the last moment...

Because nothing is more dramatic than the last moment
Nothing screams in such diving agony
Paradoxical and labrynthine
Mind torn in two, now six, nine and thirteen
Such sweet sweet comedy watching the world go mad

Standing on our tippy toes
Where she stops, nobody knows
Nobody there to hear her thoughts floating in ancient reminiscence
Demonic therapy conscious insanity, where minds no longer resistant...
And here we make the most indelible marks
Carving into space itself a future ancient ship to carry the code
To carry the dream
The all seeing eye of divine and utter exquisite catastrophe

The deepest connection and mind-blowing intimacy comes from the pursuit of the highest levels of integrity and intentional communication.
Learning how to ask for what you want is the first step to getting all that you desire.

Through the high art of mindful and embodied Consent & Negotiation, we are able to explore realms of the human experience that are often inaccessible to most people. It can be very intimidating to ask for what you want, for what you truly desire. Learning to consciously navigate acceptance and rejection, as well as honor and celebrate choice in self and others is a gateway to profound healing and overcoming socially imposed shame and self-erasure.

Come learn the art of Consent and Negotiation through the medium of Sh***ri, The Art of Rope Bind & Release in our upcoming workshop: ROPE & B**M FOR BEGINNERS January 25th

IN CUPS OF TEA (A poem by Erik Adamah, Instagram )...

I like that you don't come easy
I like that you're hard to get
I like that you make all the bastards pay, ride them hard and put them up wet

I like that you're in every memory
I like that I can't forget
The taste and smell of your pure freewill
Your touch
Your gaze
Those endless days where we get caught and all our words are impossible to swallow...

I like that you lured me into your emerald shallow
Then drug me into the depths of your red schism and labrynthine gold flower
Your million perfect faces and parts
Your silent and seductive power...

I like the way you wrestle love like an ancient holy warrior,
Fearless, foreign and full of rage,
Then stroke its hair
Turn our page
I like the way you laugh away the demons
Then fold a shadow in perfect origami
I like the way you pray in all the seasons
Then chase the tale of tigers and frolick in the wood with fairy...

I like the way you carry a cross then toss it down
Then burn its books
Throw away its lies
Take away its crown
I like the way you never give up, even on the ground
Screaming in holy and righteous indignation
Basking in a million suns and the moon of every nation...

I like the way we dance in all our perfect origin and creation
I like the way you call me into your eyes
I like the way you're not easily convinced nor pleasantly surprised
I like the way your mind ties me into a thousand variations
Endless possibilty
A body so fine
A mind so free...

I like the way you make me wait on razor blades of anticipation
I like the way you hang me from your heart
I like the way you part my mind into endless paradox and persuasion
I like the way you read me from the start...

I like the way you hypnotize me in sweet slow motion
In patient serenade
Standing fearless
Center stage
I like the way you told me love was here
With elephants on crimson floor
In cups of tea
Please tell me more...
