Health Update: Pain continues from butt area, right hip, down my right leg. Just got an injection on my right piriform...

Health Update: Pain continues from butt area, right hip, down my right leg. Just got an injection on my right piriformis muscle. I'm supposed to take it easy for the next 48 hrs. I WILL do so, even though it hard for me. Exercising, being outdoors, movement, gardening, staying busy, doing stuff, etc, that's my way of life. But, I'll be taking it easy, I know it's in my best interest healthwise. Plus I have a Mediterranean Cruise with my grandson to look forward to. ♥️🛳♥️
