Using your home as a backdrop allows you to relax knowing you don’t have to frantically run out of the door for a studio appointment asking yourself “Did we forget anything at home?” Siblings are comfortable, everything is at your fingertips, and real moments are documented for you to look back and remember the first few days of motherhood with new baby 🌿

"HOTDOG!" was this sweet girls favorite thing to say during her mamas maternity session! She was the cutest little helper and loved listening to her baby sister in her mamas tummy. Her mama called me 30 minutes before their session because B didn't want to wear her flower dress (which she loved a few days before); but after telling her on the phone that I would also wear an outfit with flowers then she quickly was more willing! Photographing families is more than posing, settings, and wardrobe. It is connecting with little ones and making things fun for them with singing and games- and even changing into your flower shirt sometimes to make a little one happy. 💓
