💙 HAPPY DECISION DAY 💙

Big day for so many of you applying into some of Atlanta’s best independent schools. If you guys have been here for a while, you know I’ve always talked openly about this topic as I feel it can be overwhelming without someone in your corner. This weekend, I charged you all to “Ask me Anything” on , the admissions process, and whatever topics are weighing on your mind.

I’m answering opening and candidly on Stories now as a fellow mom having just gone through it and is experiencing life at Lovett now. Some topics I talk honestly about:

Second, have you found your dress yet?! As a photographer and a mama, let me tell you that your dress is probably one of the most important elements of your portrait session with us (aside from your babies, of course 😉). You want to feel beautiful in your dress, you want to feel confident, and I personally recommend a longer length dress that provides movement and depth when we capture you with your precious children.

Here are some looks that would photograph beautifully. Of course I’m a little partial to anything made by but all of these (more in Stories today!) will work! 😍

Monday Motivation - this juice cleanse resets my palate and kick starts my week to healthy eating and making better choices. Plus, they taste like those juice boxes I had as a kid but are WAY healthier!

Signs of Spring 😍 Today I’m grateful for:

💚 A progressive treatment plan that is literally eliminating my son’s life-threatening peanut allergy. And his seasonal allergies at the same time!

💚 My years of retreat & conference & event planning experience. Guys, we’ve got something big in store for you all this January. Hint: The venue might be a tad bit more fabulous than .co 😉

💚 My people. This weather. My blessed life.

Humbled, grateful and (quite honestly) blown away that our 6th annual Motherhood Series Portrait Event sold out in less than 4 hours without even officially announcing Registration here ❤️

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR TRUST IN ME.

We opened nearly 100 mini-session opportunities thinking that would be *plenty* to serve everyone, but we quickly learned that it was anything but. For all of you who were not able to secure a ticket to (what I know refer to as) our “Mom Prom” event - fear not, we are working on adding additional opportunities to attend. I don’t think a moment went by this weekend where I was smiling ear to ear ☺️ How grateful I am to this team for pulling off a flawless weekend (and making it all look so effortless) and for our many, many clients who brought your children perfectly dressed in their finest Spring attire! The enthusiasm behind colorful balloon installation, ’s perfect “cotton tail” cotton candy, and Elise’s bunny “Snowball” - made all our efforts worth it. And when I say, “all of our efforts” - I mean yours too, mamas! You will DIE when you see what priceless memories we captured! 😍😍😍
