Study’s prove Skin-to-skin contact, or “kangaroo care,” is vital for dads because it triggers the release of oxytocin (the “love hormone”), which deeply accelerates bonding and helps dads feel more confident in their parenting. It also lowers physiological stress for both father and baby.

The interesting things is on a larger scale if this works from the time of infancy, imagine if we continued this through life not only inward but outward community and societal⚛️🧬💚
