I have a habit of making things that already exist. Mainly because I don’t usually have enough money to afford the real ones. But also I love a challenge. This is no exception. In Oct of 2024, I made a portable video village. A truly wireless one at that. Powered by my ryobi drill battery and a power bank for the wireless hdmi. Was it perfect? Absolutely not. Recently, I redesigned it to be way better. It’s a lot easier to assemble, it looks way better, and the power bank is optional. The photoshoot in the last photo, was my first true real world test of it. It’s because of that shoot is why I redesigned it. It worked flawlessly during that shoot, but I knew I could make it better. While speaking with my fellow photographer about it, I started thinking of ways to improve it. This is that improvement. And I am so happy with how it turned out. Who knows, I might make this into an actual product that can be customized for any monitor that fits a specific criteria. But for now, this is done. It feels good to have a finished project
