This is Baby John. He’s an inmate in Claiborne County, TN but he’s also trying to turn his life around. He’s working in an inmate work program with as a welder in their factory. So long as he stays on track, after he is released he’ll still have a good job working for Homesteader. Have you ever seen Mercury? The orange is the Sun and Mercury is that little speck slowly flying across in front of it. The next time this will happen is in 2032 and the next time it will be visible from the US is in 2049. Stories like this are why I love working in news.

Visited Chicago on the 20th anniversary of American Football’s first album. This album played a huge part in and me ending up together so naturally we made the two hour drive south to Urbana where I got to recreate the album cover
