This weekend make a whole year I’ve been on my strength training journey, and it’s been up and down, but progress is never linear. I’m so proud of myself for putting my health and my families health as a main priority. It’s not easy, but one day at a time we get stronger and better.

DK FITNESS FOR WOMEN started out as a very small monthly challenge for women to get active and start their journey, and has turned into my full time career. I made the decision to start school to further my education in strength training, diet and nutrition, and women’s health so that I could help other women reach their goals to a healthier lifestyle, and have finished those short term goals until I start my new courses in January for Exercise Science and I’ve decided to further my education in Overall Health and Wellness also. I have now trained over 75 women, and couldn’t be more proud of myself and them. They have worked so hard to better themselves, and share with the world how much they’ve enjoyed their training with me and it’s truly a blessing.

I wanted to share some of my clients most recent progress with everyone, and show y’all how far these amazing women have come! I let my clients decide wether or not I can share their progress pictures out of respect for their bodies and boundaries, so please keep all comments that are NOT positive and uplifting to yourself.

I love hearing those words. Wether it’s from my two beautiful baby boys, or my amazing husband, I love it. Mothers Day is a great feeling for me, and also a heaviness. Our two Angels are with us, always watching over us, and I miss you so much. I take today to celebrate the time I did have with you, the time I have with your bothers, and daddy. My children are my word, my husband is the absolute love of my life, and I couldn’t be more thankful to have you with me everyday.

Motherhood is my favorite identity, but also my most challenging, but I will cherish every minute with you🤍
