Trigger Warning.... this will make you cry...

Back in September I was speaking with a long time friend about taking Senior photos for her baby girl... a young lady I have watched grow up from the time my oldest son played ball with her brother.

We had the location picked out, the "theme" picked out and we were just waiting for the "outfit" to be acquired and then we could pick a date and time,,,,

Then the absolute unimaginable thing happened... my friend was tragically taken from her family and all her friends. She was always the light for everyone and in the blink of an eye she was gone...

Her sweet husband made a post looking for who she had spoken with about photos for their daughter and I messaged him. I said whenever she was ready, I was ready, no rush, no time limit.

A few weeks a ago, he reached out and a date and time was secured. And today was that day!

Her theme? Highland Cows!! Animals... specifically Farm animals!!

Trigger Warning….this will make you cry… Way back in September I was speaking with a long-time friend.. she needed Senior Photos for her baby girl.. one I’ve watched grow up from when her brother and my oldest played ball together. Her daughter had a certain theme she wanted. We found a venue that had exactly what she wanted and so once the outfit was acquired then we would pick a date and time… Then the most unimaginable tragedy happened. My friend was tragically taken from her family and friends. A true bright shining light in this world just gone. In the midst of grief her dad asked who she had spoken with about the photos so I reached out. I told him whenever she was ready, I’d be ready, no rush from me just when things felt right to do it. A few weeks ago he asked about a date and time, I contacted the venue and it was scheduled. Today was that day! Her vision? Highland cows and farm animals and I can not thank Yellow Belle Farm enough for hosting us. Meet Ribeye (brown and white) and Heidi! I’ll share our other photos later

In their next edition my photo of The Citadel at Belfort will be published in the Belfort Magazine. ( see where the arrow is pointing the war tank) When I travel my family gets real annoyed because I always bring my camera, yes I have an IPhone and yes it takes great pictures too but I prefer my Cannon for alot of shots. Funny enough though this shot was from my phone. I will take a few shots via my phone to do quick posts and this is exactly what it was. To say I am in shock but elated and definitely grateful at this opportunity is an understatemenVille de Belfort!!!
