A few weeks ago, this team helped bring the Pillar Awards to life at the Museum of the Bible.

Events like this only happen because of people who care deeply about the details—producers, designers, engineers, technicians, storytellers, and creative partners all working together to serve something bigger than the show itself.

The evening celebrated men and women who have faithfully leveraged their lives for the Gospel, with voices like John Lennox, Jeff Cavins, Father Mike Schmitz, Joe Gibbs, Bill & Gloria Gaither, Wes Huff, Big Daddy Weave, and The Gettys helping shape a meaningful night.

Most people look at this picture and see a messy tape ball. But we see a visual representation of the last ten years at Velocity Productions. For the last decade, we’ve been able to create unforgettable experiences for clients all over the world. Each piece of tape in this picture came off a road case from one of those events. We keep this ball in our shop as a reminder of where the last ten years have taken us, the people we’ve been able to serve, and the growth we’ve experienced along the way. As 2020 comes to a close, we’re celebrating the first 10 years of Velocity Productions and the amazing accomplishments we’ve achieved. We are strong, and grateful, and still growing, delivering live and now virtual events to our clients with excellence. And now, we can’t wait to add more tape and keep this thing growing for the next ten years! Thank you to all past and present staff, contractors, clients, and vendors for 10 amazing years.

This week we hosted the Hope Rises Virtual event for Compassion International - As you know, this year has changed our world. The COVID-19 pandemic has claimed precious lives and set many developing countries back 10 years. Yes, ground has been lost. But God is on the move. They are trying to feed not only 2 million children in their program but also their families, with a total of 10 million people.
