Sometimes the best sessions are the ones that weren’t part of the original plan.

After watching the forecast fill up with rain and Mackenzie’s baby’s arrival date any day now, we made a last-minute decision to move this session inside—and I’m so thankful Mackenzie was willing to roll with the change.

And goodness, I am SO glad they did.

These images are everything I hoped for and more.

The soft light, the genuine connection, the anticipation of meeting their little one—it all came together so beautifully.

Moments like these remind me that sometimes the unexpected changes end up being the biggest blessings.

Thank you, Mackenzie, for being flexible, trusting me, and helping create such a beautiful gallery. I cannot wait for you to look back on these memories years from now and remember this sweet season of waiting. 🤍

There is something so sacred about these first few days. The tiny fingers wrapped around mama’s hand, the sleepy stretches, the soft newborn cuddles, and the way an entire family seems to revolve around one precious little life.

Every newborn session reminds me just how quickly these moments pass. The newborn scrunch fades, the tiny features change, and before you know it, these first days become cherished memories. That’s why I love documenting them. The fleeting details, the overwhelming love, and the beautiful beginning of a family’s newest chapter.

I’m Maegan, the girl behind the camera, and I’ve been capturing memories through photography for several years now. What started as a creative passion quickly became something so much deeper—a way to preserve the moments that matter most. My faith is at the center of everything I do, and I truly believe every family, every love story, and every season of life is a gift worth celebrating and remembering.

While I love photographing weddings, families, couples, and motherhood, my favorite sessions are the ones that leave people smiling long after they’re over. Every wedding day tells a different story.

It’s never just about the dress, the flowers, or the timeline. It’s the handwritten vows tucked away in a pocket. The heirloom necklace passed down from a grandmother. The song that played during their first date. The way a groom tears up when he sees his bride for the first time, or the way a bride squeezes her dad’s hand before walking down the aisle.

Happy graduation to all my sweet 2026 Seniors who trusted me to capture such a special moment in time!

Sophie: This K-pop loving anime queen is one of those people who is completely and unapologetically herself, and I love that about her. She’s soft spoken, fun spirited, creative, and brought so much energy to every location…until she got too hot lol Between her love for anime, k-pop, and playing trumpet, she made this session feel so fun and so her.

Hadley: She is genuinely just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She’s adventurous, athletic, and has the sweetest smile that makes everyone around her feel comfortable. Watching her balance strength, femininity, and kindness so effortlessly made this session such an easy one to capture, even with zero sun and 100% cloud coverage after a thunderstorm 😅 IYKYK

Brett: Brett is someone who is truly proud of the life he’s building, as he should be! His love for theology, apologetics, and the Word is something that naturally pours into every conversation with him. He’s driven, grounded in his faith, and has such big goals ahead of him, but what stands out most is how much he genuinely wants his life to glorify the Lord. 🤍

Allison: My little sister from another mother 💗Watching her grow into the woman she is now has been so special. She’s grown so much in her faith, in who she is, and in the way she loves the people around her. Between her love for her family, her boyfriend, her dog, art, and literally flying planes, she’s the perfect mix of creative, caring, and fearless. I’m so proud of her!

Momma, Daddy, and big brother counted down every moment until their family could finally be together under one roof. And now, with hearts full and arms even fuller, they get to celebrate the sweetest homecoming of all.
