It’s always exciting when we get to see projects under construction. If this looks familiar, you might recognize it as the recreation of an iconic compound of buildings that were featured in Southern Living and Historical Concepts’ book ‘Coming Home’. The plans for boat house, bunkies, and cane mill are available for you to build your own version of paradise!

Better Homes & Gardens featured a virtual version of ‘244 Tall Oak Road’ as a showhouse in the May 2024 issue on newsstands and online. Leslie Bennett at Pine House Edible Gardens and Lonna Lopez at Halo Garden Design envisioned a garden full of fruit & nut trees, berry bushes, and even edible flowers. It feels like a colorful spring inspiration!

We love this highly customized version of ‘42 Concord Drive’. It’s a charming mountain home that’s shaped by a unique site, stunning views, and the owners’ creative vision. The results feel both timeless and entirely unique.
