Alcovy Metal Works is hiring skilled tradesmen who bring real multi-craft capability to the table. This is not a job where you’re locked into being “just a welder” or “just a fitter.” We look for and reward people who can move fluidly across fabrication, fitting, welding, installation, and related industrial work.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong hands-on experience in structural steel, sheet metal, process piping, or industrial equipment installation
• Multi-craft skills (welding + fitting + layout/installation preferred)
• Ability to read drawings, work safely, and deliver quality work on time
• Self-starters who take pride in craftsmanship and can handle a variety of tasks on the shop floor or in the field
