As a born and bred New Yorker, getting the opportunity to return to my hometown to photograph YouVersion ‘s Global Bible Month campaign in the heart of Times Square was one of those full-circle career moments I’ll never forget.
Spanning three iconic cities across the globe, this international campaign brought together YouVersion and its network of ministry partners with a shared mission: encouraging people to engage with Scripture and helping make the story of Jesus known around the world.
For one hour, five iconic Times Square billboards lit up with visuals celebrating Global Bible Month, featuring the Bible App and its incredible network of ministry partners from around the world.
Representatives from the participating organizations were also onsite to witness the installation firsthand, making the experience even more special to document.
I had the opportunity to work alongside an incredibly talented creative team brought together by RVRB Agency, consisting of photographers, videographers, social media content creators, and video editors, all working together to capture this activation from every angle.
Beyond the impressive scale of the installation was an even bigger purpose: encouraging people around the world to engage with Scripture and helping make the story of Jesus known across the globe.
These are the kinds of creative opportunities I’ve aspired to be part of since starting my photography career. Being trusted to document a project of this magnitude, especially in a city that will always be home, is something I’ll never take for granted.
A huge thank you to and for bringing me on board. Grateful for the opportunity, the collaboration, and the chance to contribute my perspective behind the lens to a campaign reaching across the globe. 🖤
