Hi sweet people-
You're probably wondering why I've flooded your feed with sessions... selfishly I just wanted to have all of them in one place to remember.
I've had nothing but pure privilege to take your photos and be in some of the most special moments you'll ever have. I’ve said that before because I feel it with my whole being. Brings tears to my eyes to even think about because I've taken them on as my own special moment too. How lucky I was to feel what you felt in those moments and trust me I did, mama. I feel like part of your family most of the time. Thank you all for welcoming me into your lives. The beauty of photos is that they pause time. I've recently felt that time clock a little more intensely. It's created a lump in my throat like it often will when you reflect on that kind of thing. One second I'm taking your delivery room photos meeting your baby with you, and the next you're bringing me that same baby for a 1 year milestone shoot. One day we're taking newborn photos in your house, and the next day I'm taking photos in the same house of their new sibling. Makes my heart swell and ache all at the same time.
My heart is in the place of being completely present this next year with our Allie cat. My girl is turning four so soon. My last full year with her home before we kick off Kindergarten and I'm going to soak in it. I've been told time only goes quicker after this.
I unfortunately will not be returning to the photography world. I'm so thankful that my photos are on your walls, computers, and phones when you decide to go time traveling.
Thank you Special Delivery photography family for making this special and successful. I'm glad this page will always be proof of something well loved and well done. It was a really lovely creative outlet where I got to meet and adore so many.
I started this with a marketplace camera and not even knowing how to right click on my new MacBook. I'm pretty sure Lyndsey Wright taught me. (lol)
Pinterest was a dream in teaching too. Thank God for those that don't gatekeep. All that to say don't be afraid to chase a little dream.
Please continue to reach out to me like so many of you have for things outside of photography. Love that we've created relationships outside of this ✨
