Glaciers are giant rivers of ice built one snowflake at a time and spend thousands of years carving valleys and moving mountains.
Meanwhile, I get impatient waiting for my coffee.
Being with a glacier is a good reminder that big things don’t happen overnight. Sometimes the magic is in the slow and steady of it all.

This trail has a little bit of everything: beautiful trees, birds doing bird things, and even plants with little water droplets on them. Then, right when I thought it couldn't get any better, a waterfall showed up and completely stole the show.

Sound up. :) Listen to nature. She doesn’t just use birds to talk to us.
There are plenty of other ways she communicates. Ice is an amazing way she says slow down and enjoy nature. At least that’s what I heard. So put your two ears on, get out and go for a listen.

Mother Nature always offers free therapy. No paperwork, or copay, or waiting six weeks for an appointment.
Her waiting room has trees, birds, wildflowers, and a pretty decent view. The sessions include fresh air, sunshine, and a reminder that most things keeping you up at night won’t matter a year from now.
