Do you accept the challenge?
Welcome to Full Face Fridays - the experimental day where we take turns posting our faces (no edits) together until we start to feel more comfortable with them.

Because honestly, how many times do you bow out of a photo, retake it, or internally shriek in terror/shame when you see your own face? It’s a learned response, my dears. Because children shriek in joy over their own faces, we just learned to respond in a different way.

Exposures therapy works in a variety of ways, and I believe the more you see something, the more comfortable you feel with it.

The goal is not perfection, not even acceptance yet, just the one brave act of showing up together with our full faces. One day, one post, one comment at a time.

No worries if it feels cringe
