Yesterday I met the loveliest "soul" while I was visiting my kids for the holidays! She is Ann Lee and she has just a slight telltale accent from the island of Jamaica/Cayman Islands and her demeanor is pure bliss and love! She is about to embark on the most fabulous journey of her life, albeit with a touch of fear and anticipation. Ann is a multi-talented creative with a recent stint as a Radio Host of her own show in Asheville, NC. She is the Creator & Mentor at Goddess Trainer: Body Empowerment and Self Empowerment, she studied English literature at Spelman College and presently hosts the YES You CAN Radio Show! She has a no-nonsense attitude about life and is welcoming the scariest challenge of her life it seems. She has bought a one-way ticket to India for a 2-week retreat and is leaving what happens next in her life to Spirit! WOW, she is just amazing and I am so looking forward to following her journey!
