Print Sale to help the people of Eastern NC!

Feeling an overwhelming amount of sadness to see the extent of destruction and loss of life that hurricane Helene has caused to the people of Asheville and nearby mountain towns.

If you’ve ever spent time in this region, you know how sacred the land feels here. My heart goes out to those that were directly effected by this disaster. The horrific death toll and destruction should be a wake up call that no where is safe to the effects of climate change.

I’ll be offering prints up for sale and donating the proceeds to The North Carolina Disaster Relief Fund. If anyone knows any grassroots organizations that could better utilize the donations plz feel free to suggest!

A wrap on Arts Gowanus Weekend and my first official art showing. Does the exhaustion show on my face at all? 😅🤣

Some thoughts: you only fail if you let your fear of failure win, deflated balloons with bird s**t on them are better then no balloons, and most importantly if people aren’t paying attention to your art, drag your s**t outside and make them pay attention!

So awesome getting to interact with the community today and getting to share my love of Gowanus with the awesome people that live here!

I am stoked to announce I will be showing a series of work at Saturday October 15 and Sunday October 16. The photos will be up for viewing during cafe hours from 7:30am-4pm. Prints will also be available for purchase. Come say hey and grab a coffee and pastry while you’re at it ;) Brownie points if you buy a Patty favorite, the heaven sent “grassroots bar” 🤤
