Some moments just feel a little more special 🤍

Our moms have been childhood best friends, which meant we got to grow up together and share so many memories over the years. And now, all these years later, getting to photograph his wedding day feels like the sweetest full circle moment.

The new puppy wasn’t the only addition to the family… 🤩 Baby Simonson coming in 2027!

Molly and I have been dreaming about this since we were kids and I couldn’t be more happy and excited for her and Austin. I know they’re going to thrive in their new role as parents.

🚨 EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY 🚨

I will no longer be posting identifiable photos of children’s faces on my photography page. Signed release or not. This includes any person under the age of 18.

We need to talk about the recent federal court ruling involving AI-generated child sexual abuse material.

The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals recently ruled that the government cannot criminalize the private, in-home possession of certain obscene AI-generated images depicting fictional children.

And honestly, that is deeply disturbing to me.

AI has created a world where someone can take a real child’s face or body and manipulate it into something sexually abusive (potentially without that child or their family ever knowing). Regardless of the legal technicalities surrounding this particular ruling, the fact that technology can be used this way should concern every parent, every photographer, and anyone who cares about protecting children.

That is enough for me to know that I will not be part of the problem. I would protect any child the same way I would protect my own.

If our laws and government aren’t adequately keeping up with what AI is capable of doing to children’s images, then I feel an even greater responsibility to do my part to protect them.

Children deserve to grow up without having their images exploited, manipulated, or sexualized.

Their safety should always come before technology, convenience, or someone’s desire to push the boundaries of what they can create.

I’ve been struggling to find the right words to say for this, but to start—congratulations to the Campbells!🤍 Thank you so much for trusting me to be a part of your big day and allowing me to capture such a special chapter in your lives. It truly means more to me than you know.

Not to make this a sappy photography post, but… oh well. 🥹 There is SO much that goes on behind the scenes that no one really sees, and if I’m being honest, I doubt myself constantly. There have been plenty of moments where I’ve wondered if I’m actually good enough or if I’m doing the right thing.

But without my boyfriend, family, and friends constantly supporting and encouraging me, I don’t know if I would have had the strength to keep going.

Photography has always been a passion of mine, and this truly feels like one of those “I made it” moments. All the hours spent editing, building booking sites, answering emails, communicating with clients, learning, stressing, and trying to figure everything out are finally starting to pay off.

To everyone who has booked with me, shared my work, recommended me, liked a post, cheered me on, or simply believed in me—thank you. Every bit of support has meant more than you probably realize.

I’m so grateful to be able to do something I genuinely love, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me. 🤍📸

He's 21 years old, kind, funny, compassionate, family oriented, and faith based. He enjoys country living, has a passion for trucks and all kinds of hobbies, knows his way around vehicles, and is always working on a new project.

Participants must live within 50 miles of Warrensburg, MO.

The date, time, and location will be coordinated with those selected.
