It's been a hot minute since I have photographed a Chicago wedding. Daliah and Josh brought me everything I have missed - summertime in Chicago, the iconic Palmer House and Chicago Cultural Center, multiple photo ops downtown, fantastic family and friends AND incredible feels all day and all night. I told Daliah today, almost a week later, that I still have the chills while I am working on images.

When you have two people who are kind, genuine and in love, the excitement and joy reverberates through every single guest. There is pure magic happening. Wishing you a lifetime of love & happiness.

What does a wedding look like during a pandemic? Pretty much the same as during normal times: love, laughter and knowing these two kind souls will indeed live happly ever after. Add in a few masks and some social distancing ettiquette for good measure. A recipe for a perfect day!

This beautiful little girl just turned one and I must admit she is one of my best subjects. All she did was pose and smile and make me very grateful that I get to capture such a little bundle of sunshine and pearls and cowgirl boots!
