Cactus Man. One of my first races so I’m sad this is the last rendition at Tempe Town Lake but thank God for the speed, safety and provision.
13/249. 2nd AG. PR’d my OTB 10k by 1:50.
But truly, the thing that hit different was hearing about ’s first duathlon. Podium finish. I’ll take some credit for that nudge😏
This race has been part of my story for a while. Racing it one final time felt like closing a chapter the right way. Even more so because hopefully, my racing for the next 2.5 years will be take place overseas👀
I’m grateful for the course, my coach / and the proof that the work is compounding.
Shoutout to for capturing it all on film.
And yeah…….. something bigger is brewing. I should know more by the end of the month.
