Sharing a family's journey is one of the most rewarding parts of being a photographer. Many of my families comes here to Anna Maria Island annually, or as often as they can. Sometimes we meet for yearly sessions, and other times we meet when they are celebrating new milestones. The last time I saw this sweet family was 4 years ago, with their younger sons and the oldest who had recently gotten engaged. This time, the youngest son has gotten super tall, the middle son brought his girlfriend, and the oldest brought his wife and their son! Lots of changes, and I love being able to capture wonderful memories for them again in order to slow time down a bit for all of us. Knowing that people will look back at these beautiful images for generations to come is a privilege indeed. Thank you for inviting me to be part of your journey again. 😊🏝️

It was finally time to celebrate this lovely mom's Mother's Day gift of a photo session here on the island! I had the pleasure of photographing this sweet family's smiles and laughter while they danced on the beach and played in the warm Gulf waters, surrounded by the magnificent colors of the world's best sunsets. These are the kind of amazing memories that deserve to be captured properly so that they can be enjoyed now, and cherished forever. Families often come to our little island for the peace and solace that its days and night offer during challenging times. It is a place to disconnect from daily life, lower your stress, and receive the healing benefits of Nature at its most beautiful and most powerful. It is my privilege to capture this time for people who want nothing more than to make memories together. And I make it my top priority to give them an amazing experience with an easy, relaxed and fun time, filled with love and laughter. When a group of best friends gather to celebrate a milestone birthday for one of their own, their celebration should absolutely be captured professionally! No worries about who has their phone, bad lighting, how to pose, the best background, or who can't be in the photo because they are taking it. Everyone can just unplug, relax and enjoy the memories being made - leave the rest up to me! I had the honor of capturing Donna's birthday for this group of wonderful women, all dressed up and ready to celebrate island style! Being a part of people's most personal moments, and giving them those moments to keep forever, is indeed a privilege. Happy Birthday Donna! 😊🏝️

You've chosen your partner, you've chosen the ring, now choose the right photographer to preserve your memories and give you an incredible experience! Deciding when and where to propose is stressful enough, and then you add in travel with all of its potential uncertainties. So why not just relax and leave the rest of the details to me? 🏝️ 🌹🌅 That way you can just relax, enjoy your special moment and have an amazing evening on the beach with the one you love here in paradise! Monica & Dane danced and laughed and loved their way through their surprise proposal here on the island, and I absolutely loved capturing every single moment that they shared. Dane was so excited to plan this surprise for Monica, and she was incredibly emotional and grateful for our shared efforts to get everything just right. And she was so surprised! Family vacations on an island are so important to capture with a professional photographer! Everyone can just relax and have fun, with no need to worry about who has a phone out or whether the selfie will turn out. I capture formal shots for my families who visit our piece of paradise, and also loads of amazing candids that everyone loves the most. These are the days the little ones will remember and adore looking back on as adults. Two of these siblings have their own children now, and the other two wanted shots with ALL the kids! Which is awesome, as those two are their aunts, who will be an important part of the kids' lives. And of course we had fun with grandma & grandpa with smiles and laughter all around as they celebrated this special time together. 😊🏝️

Tien & Jimmy's beautiful wedding day was absolutely magical! Beach Side Weddings & Events created the most gorgeous space next to the ocean, and Mercedes officiated a totally romantic, personalized ceremony that had everyone in tears. It was such a pleasure working with this sweet couple, and I am so glad that they included Anna Maria Island into their celebrations, which spanned 2 states and 2 countries! Days like this are what makes capturing lifetime memories so very special. 💙💍🌴

Joe and Morgan came to AMI on a family vacation, and Joe decided that our beautiful island was the perfect place to ask Morgan to marry him! The beach was oddly foggy that afternoon, but it broke as I was setting up for the surprise proposal, and we had the most gorgeous evening, complete with a warm breeze and magnificent sunset colors. It is such an honor being asked to capture this kind of milestone, and the memories that they will always remember. Thank you both for inviting me to be part of your truly magical day! 💙💍🏝️

Zach is from Florida, but he went away for college, and then moved even further away for work. That was the path that led him to Susie. 💙 Deciding to come back home, and choosing Anna Maria Island for their families to meet and where he would ask Susie to marry him, cements this magical place in their story forever. And I got to capture the amazing memories they made on this special day! I am so grateful that he asked me to be part of this surprise. Zach & Susie - I wish you both all the happiness and hope that our paths cross again in the future! 💍🏝️
