On top of being an incredible human who works full time and hustles even harder, Brooke delivers the full meal deal. She has desserts I didn’t know could be desserts.

The kicker? So many options. So many flavors, and not just the normal things. It’s 2026, we are done with Just Chocolate or Just Vanilla. Time to step into your s’mores and lemon blueberry cheesecake shooters, if ya know what’s good for you.

This is the result of two best friends falling in love. The vibe was vibing before the session began - I knew these two were going to be a blast as soon as we started chatting photos and the sarcasm started flowing.

We met at the Matanuska River flats during the most bizarre, bright, obscure lighting I’ve seen. The mountains acted like mirages in the background but the light highlighted these two and the ridiculous fun we had.

Snowball fights, feeding each other donuts, and cuddling up together to sip on cocoa before rolling around in the snow. I couldn’t think of a better way to spend a morning and having the privilege to document this fun side of finding your person.

It’s not every day I get to document a huge milestone in someone’s life, but this was definitely one of those days. This girl is graduating but she is the first in her family to do so!

For someone who “had never done this and is really awkward” in front of the camera - you’d never know otherwise. She radiated in her own unique vibe. Seniors these days are next level and I get to work with THEE coolest ones!

Cute Little Champagne Cork Momento Tutorial
I love finding small ways to elevate my client experience. From bringing things to helping with little surprises to bringing some bubbly to pop.

I do this intentionally so I can send a momento with my hand written thank you notes.

Here’s one that’s quick and easy and ANYONE can do with a cheap bottle of bubbly (cork, no twist off), a sharpie, small magnets, a Phillips screwdriver, and a little creative ingenuity.

This post is for the dogs because they don’t always get to join you on a wedding day, but when they can — epic.

A critical part of a live story is when the animals meet. It sounds wild, but these are the souls who sit (mostly silent) as we navigate the highs and lows of life. They know us without words and we trust their instincts to tell us who’s good (because past choices have not be great).

A dog can also symbolize the start of really building a life together. Remedying out the future by dipping a toe in to the deeper commitment. They teach us and love us unconditionally for their whole lives.

So yes, this post is for all those goodest boys and girls.

YOU HEAR PHOTOGRAPHERS SAY THIS ALL THE TIME….

“Intentional”
“Candid”
“Timeless”

And it sounds so cheesy. Admittedly, I’m guilty in my past. But what these words really translate to is this:

- raw emotion
- sheer excitement
- unhinged joy
- love that’s palpable in the moment
And all of these can be shown through being intentional with choosing who is your photographer. Allow yourselves to sink into each and every moment so your photos do feel raw and candid, unprompted but full of the emotions of that moment humming through your body.

These are my best friends so showing them their love, through my eyes, is priceless. Such a privilege to be there AND photograph it.

Soak in their day through my eyes. These are the ones that make me feel.
