A lovely day in American Falls, ID!

Today was an exceptional day! On our way to Lake Powell we took a spontaneous detour to Bryce Canyon National Park. It has been 5 years since we visited! Since they do not allow drones in the national park. We decided to fly outside the park...still some great photo opportunities. Now I have a brand new drone. It is the 360⁰ A1 Antigravity - totally new for me, as it requires you to fly it through goggles. An amazing experience as it is fully immersive...prior to today, I had only taken it out 6 times. So I am learning, but not even near expert level, yet! Outside of Bryce Canyon are two red rock arches that vehicles drive through. I decided that I wanted to fly my drone through them. We pulled over and I flew the drone with the goggles on and Stephanie "spotted" for me. It did not go as planned! Good news...no damage to the drone and no legal action or pending lawsuits! 🤣🤣🤣 But I certainly skipped several heartbeats! Reminded me of "The Gambler" by Kenny Rogers...that line "know when to hold 'em and know when to fold 'em!" Another day, with more experience and more confidence, I'll be back. Until then, this still goes down as a "win"!

Took off from our RV space and flew over one mile away - beautiful day here. Going to top 60⁰ - unseasonable for sure! Making the most of it!
