Everyone acts shocked that AI has a hacking problem. But look at who it keeps happening to: the frontier labs themselves. OpenAI's agents got into Hugging Face and a government Medicare portal, then leaked 53 user photos, and Meta became the third lab to confirm the same thing. Devs build, IT and security clean up. It's an old story, now at agent speed.
