One of my favorite things about photographing women is getting to capture the pieces that make them who they are.

For her, that includes being a proud Puerto Rican woman, a mom, and a business owner who is creating her own path while honoring her roots.

Today felt like the perfect day to share these.

When I met this fellow creative at the event I just knew I had to ask if I could photograph her! When I saw the images afterwards I instantly asked “girl!!! Are you some kind of rap/music artist!?” 🤣 Cause these flicks are giving just that and I’m obsessed on how they turned out, so much so that I had to give multiple edits! Nothing louder than the love between a mother and her babies.

Creating space for women to feel beautiful, present, and seen in every season of motherhood because these images will mean everything when they grow out of the “I want mommy” phase.

Dreams don’t happen overnight. They’re built round by round.

At 19, my son is already showing the discipline, mentality, and work ethic it takes to chase something bigger than himself. Amateur boxer today… future pro in the making. ❤️‍🔥

This session gave everything I envisioned… raw emotion, athlete editorial energy, and timeless grit. Honestly feels like a sports campaign straight out of a magazine.

There’s something powerful about watching your child fully commit to a dream.

This wasn’t just a photoshoot. It was documenting the beginning of a journey… an amateur boxer putting in the work now with hopes of one day going pro.

The discipline behind the scenes deserves just as much recognition as the highlights people see later. And as your mom, I couldn’t be prouder of the young man you’re becoming. ❤️
