They are two of my all time favorite people on the planet in all the history of the earth (did that even make sense?). For over six years I have watched their dynamic and have wanted to get my professional 📸 on them. 😍

Finally during one our family visits, we managed to squeeze these few in after their family photos. Believe me, I could have spent hours with these two doing this, but I am going to be grateful for the five or so minutes that we got!

Being almost twelve hours away, we all typically prefer to spend our precious time together talking, talking, talking and talking some more.

Another proud mama moment. When my eight year old heard that his older brother was going to be helping to photograph baptisms at church, he asked if he could help, too. I grabbed our GoPro for him to use when our other 📸’s weren’t in use. He enjoyed sitting quietly to video the entire baptism, as well as delighting everyone he pointed the 📸 at in between services.

As we were leaving, I spotted one of my boys favorite staff members (partially because he gives them food 😜), Mr. Timo sitting naturally at a table and pointed it out to Devin, who still had his camera in hand. He immediately started snapping and got a great shot of him.

Proud mama moment. I’ve been taking my homeschooled twelve year old son, Liam with me for some of my portrait sessions to learn lately. When I was asked to photograph the baptisms at our church this past weekend, I recruited him last minute. Low light and lots of movement was a great environment to practice in! (📸 of him with camera up to face was taken by his ✋year old lil bro.)
