The throat chakra.🩵
Society has a way of muffling our voices and hiding our expression. That is why I've been seeing that more people have imbalanced 5th chakras. Just like the sacral chakra, women often carry baggage in the throat from generations before them as well as early childhood. And men carry this wound for similar societal reasons. It's important to be in tune with our bodies so that we can be aware of what we're holding onto.
