In such a critical moment, where our daily routines are falling apart, Yogurt submits a theme-based call for entries with the aim of facing the pandemic issue, investigating all its aspects: the media, the isolation due to the health emergency, the perception of a collective psychosis that has been compromising our daily life.
This call has a dual purpose: on one side, documenting such a historic moment from a multi-authorial viewpoint in order to retrospectively give a profound reading that is not influenced by a unique point of view. On the other side the goal is to offer a creative outlet to those who are now influenced by this situation.
All kinds of languages and linguistic and narrative experimentations are accepted.
The call is for single images and it is addressed to national and international authors working with images.
Each author can send up to 10 images to [email protected] (72 ppi |max 1600 px long side)
All individual images selected will be gathered in a polyphonic visual issue published by Yogurt Editions.

In un momento di forte criticità, in cui le nostre routine quotidiane si sono sgretolate, Yogurt propone una call for entries tematica che vuole affrontare il tema della pandemia. Indagandone ogni aspetto: i media, l'isolamento dovuto all'emergenza sanitaria, la percezione di una psicosi collettiva che vizia la nostra normalità.
La call vuole avere un duplice scopo, da un lato documentare da un punto di vista poliautoriale questo momento storico per darne una profonda lettura a posteriori che non sia viziata da un unico sguardo. Dall'altro vuole dare una valvola di sfogo creativa a chi in questo momento vive condizionato dalla situazione.
Sono accettati tutti i linguaggi e ogni tipo di sperimentazione, linguistica e narrativa.
La Call è per immagini singole ed è rivolta ad autori nazionali e internazionali che lavorano con la fotografia.

Tutte le singole immagini selezionate verranno raccolte in una
pubblicazione poliautoriale edita da Yogurt Editions
