Więc… dzisiaj znowu coś zrobiłam. 🤭🙃 (scroll down to read in EN ⬇️)

Just saying!

So… I did a thing today. Again. 🤭🙃

Some people believe it’s a source of unnecessary pain, but in reality, this is by far the most enjoyable, controllable kind of pain you’re willing to pay for. Not trying to convince anyone, but getting inked comes with a pretty addictive dopamine + serotonin boost. Just saying.

Even though this is only my second one, I love that each tattoo is deeply rooted in my milestones and celebrates the chapter of life I’m in, celebrates me.

It’s never random or a spur-of-the-moment thing. At least not yet 😅

And what I love even more is when it’s done by someone who truly love what they do.

I’m happy to report that I’ve found a tattoo artist I absolutely vibe with. This beautiful new addition to my body was done by her. Thank you so much, , for the art and for making every session with you at feel so warm and welcoming 🤍 Something tells me it won’t be long before I come back for another one.

In 2026, we shouldn’t still be explaining what March 8 actually stands for. But here we are 🤷🏻‍♀️

☝🏻 It is not about giving women and girls flowers and chocolates, praising female beauty, or celebrating the arrival of spring. Yet this is still how this day is often treated in many post-Soviet countries, where its core meaning was deliberately depoliticized and replaced with narratives that had little to do with the fight for women’s rights.

☝🏻 International Women’s Day is about equality—political, economic, and social—not about placing an emphasis on “femininity” and “traditional” female roles.

☝🏻 Pampering women on this day while turning a blind eye to sexism, ableism, violence, and inequality misses the point entirely.

☝🏻 Disabled women, transgender women, women of color, migrant women, marginalized women are still fighting just to be visible, heard and taken seriously.

☝🏻 Disabled women in particular face layers of discrimination that are rarely talked about—exclusion from employment, economic dependency, higher risk of abuse, lack of accessibility, and the constant infantilization of their autonomy and sexuality.

☝🏻 We, disabled women, are still fighting not only for equal rights, but even for the basic recognition that we are full human beings with agency, desires, voices, and ambitions.

☝🏻 Real respect for women means equal pay, bodily autonomy, safety, and representation in decision-making.

☝🏻 Intersectional feminism is neither a trend nor a cool hashtag you use to sound inclusive once a year. It is an ongoing struggle for human rights. And it has been going on for centuries.

🔥 So, if you want to celebrate March 8, please, please, please support women’s rights, amplify women’s voices, and challenge the systems that still hold women back.

«Радість». Те, чого я б дуже хотіла віднаходити (в собі та в навколишньому світі) частіше наступного року.

А які очікування від 2022 у вас? Поділитеся? 😉

🇺🇸
This is something I’m very much looking forward to encountering and feeling more of in the coming year 🙏🏻

What are you expectations of 2022?

That golden hour glow, though 💛 Even monochrome is unable to downplay it. I swear I could slice it with a bread knife and have it on my toast every day. ⠀

With this whole insane pandemic on the loose, I didn’t even realize how much I’ve missed rolling around with my camera and letting nature reveal its intimate secrets to me 📸 ⠀

Happy to all those whose fingers itch uncontrollably without the delicious heaviness of the camera gear and who are on a constant lookout for beauty this world offers in abundance!
And, of course, more power to fellow who come up with unique ways for getting a shot as it takes a whole new level of resourcefulness and inventiveness to achieve that!
I, for one, can attest to that 🙋🏻‍♀️📸

I remember, I started my journey into photography world with specifically and .
After that, I have been capturing people, places and things along the way, loving all of those almost equally. Yet it was always nature photography that had a very special place in my heart, for nature never fakes anything, it never lies, or pretends.
It is fierce and raw, dangerous and gentle. Sincere to the very core, even if its actual intentions are pretty evil, like in case of Venus Flytrap 😄
To me, that's the most magical and captivating thing about it.

Feeling the spring throb in every bone, cell, darkest and messiest corner of your body and mind, getting completely off the leash, is truly one of TOP5 Best Things Ever, isn't it?
What a way to start the week!
