Yesterday I was going to Uncle Junaid's office in Turkey wearing Pakistani clothes. While waiting at the bus stop, many people were looking at me and I was also feeling happy that I was representing my culture and national dress. In the bus, I met two Pakistanis who were from Islamabad. They had come here to visit Istanbul and they were also very happy to see me. They themselves were in pents and shirts but seeing me, they also decided to wear Pakistani shalwar kameez tomorrow. And in the evening, I went to a shop to buy something. A girl there saw my dress and asked me where are you from. I told her that I am from Pakistan and this dress is the national dress of Pakistan. If you are anywhere, represent Pakistani culture and this is a sign of a living nation. And I feel happy wearing Pakistani clothes in Turkey.

Happy New Year 2026 Today we are in Istiklal Street in Istanbul 🇹🇷. This is my first experience of celebrating the New Year in Turkey. Today the weather in Istanbul was very good and there was snow. I had a lot of fun with uncle Dr Awais and Dr Junaid on the first day of this year. This day will be very memorable.

Got registered at Fatih Central Library. Public libraries in Istanbul especially in Fatih District (the old and historical part of Istanbul) are well equipped with modern facilities. Their opening hours are quite long and the main library is open 24/7. In all libraries, there are cafeterias where you are served with free coffee, tea and soup. The culture of studying in a library in Istanbul is very common. All the time the library is full, there is a computerized system of entrance and exit which is available in real time and you can plan when you want to study in the library. The environment is pleasant and motivating. I loved it. I am happy that I got registered and can use this facility anytime.
