Please note that a nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your slot. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the convention date - a reminder will be sent out. However, if the client is over 15 minutes late for the shoot, the shoot will be cancelled and no rescheduling or refunds will be given. Clients are permitted personal, non-commercial use of the photos including posting on social media, using the images for business cards, and submitting to magazines (eg. Please contact us for commercial usage fees. UPDATE: Katsucon Cancellation Policy
The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. Please understand that all of our shoot proceeds go towards travel and equipment for the event. If the client has paid 100% of the shoot price and decides to cancel, then 50% of the shoot price will be refunded. In the event that the entire convention is cancelled, clients will be able to transfer their credit into either one composite edit to an image that they provide (complexity will depend on shoot tier) or into a booking for a future convention or location shoot.
