We usually love posting about food and fun things to do in Thailand but this time we would like to raise awareness about the blood shortages in the Thai hospitals.

If you are willing to donate, check the nearest clinic near your location, or go to this new place in Chiang Mai town.

You can be a blood donor until the age of 70 and a stemcell donor until the age of 50.

One can donate blood every 3 months. They provide you with iron tablets.

Drink plenty of water before and after the donation.
No alcohol or fatty food before donation.
No injections such as botox, vitamin IV drip, no tattoos, wait at least 1 month after the flu or herpes infection before the donation.
