Lakes State Students’ Association in Rwanda (LSSAR) Unveils New Executive Leadership

Under the leadership of Mr. Makoi Meen, Lakes State Students’ Association in Rwanda (LSSAR) has officially announced its newly appointed Executive Committee members.

The newly appointed leadership team consists of nine key officials tasked with overseeing the association's various departments.

1. Deputy Chairperson: Sarah Akech Malual
2. Secretary General: John Marial Mading
3. Deputy Secretary General: Ajak Makur Kulang
4. Finances: Yar Machiek Malual
5. Secretary for Information: Amook Taban
6. Secretary for Culture & Sport: Maghok Deng Makur
7. Assistant for Culture & Sport: Nyanhok Manyang Luk
8. Secretary for Social Organization: Chol Madol John
9. Secretary for External Affairs: Abas Derder Akucpir

The announcement, dated May 4, 2026, marks a new chapter for the student organization under the guiding motto: "Unity Makes Strength".
