The second matchup was even more one-sided, as Patriots completely controlled the game and overwhelmed Moon Light, securing a massive 121–60 win. With this result, the Patriots remain undefeated in Round One of the league, continuing their impressive run.

أكد مدرب فريق جوبا بولز ثقته في حظوظ فريقه خلال المباريات القادمة، مشيدًا بالدور الكبير الذي يلعبه الاتحاد المحلي في بذل الجهود من أجل استمرارية الدوري.

The head coach of Juba Bulls expressed confidence in his team’s chances in the upcoming matches, praising the important role played by the local football association in making continuous efforts to ensure the sustainability of the league.
He also highlighted the challenges facing clubs, particularly poor pitch conditions and inadequate lighting, which negatively affect overall performance.

🇸🇩🏀 One-Night Cup: Honoring the Legacy of Sudanese Basketball 🏀🇸🇩

"Loyalty to Those Who Gave"

On January 30, 2026, the Sudanese Embassy in the Republic of South Sudan, in cooperation with the Local Basketball Federation, organized the One-Night Cup Tournament, in honor of veteran basketball players who previously represented the Republic of Sudan at international, regional, and local levels.
The event was attended by a number of representatives of the Government of South Sudan, led by the Guest of Honor, Tut Gatluak, Advisor on Peace Commission Affairs in the Republic of South Sudan.

The tournament featured 8 men’s teams and 2 women’s teams, and was marked by great enthusiasm and competitive spirit.

The Team was crowned champion after defeating Bulls Club in an exciting and entertaining final match.

Sincere thanks and appreciation to H.E. Mr. Issam El-Din Karrar, Sudanese Ambassador to the Republic of South Sudan, for his continuous support, as well as to Badr Airlines, the Local Basketball Federation, and the passionate basketball fans whose presence and support played a major role in the success of this special sporting night

بتاريخ 30 يناير 2026، أقامت السفارة السودانية بدولة جنوب السودان، بالتعاون مع الاتحاد المحلي لكرة السلة، بطولة كأس ليلة واحدة للغرض، تكريمًا لقدامى لاعبي كرة السلة الذين مثّلوا جمهورية السودان في مختلف المحافل دوليًا وإقليميًا ومحليًا.

شهدت الفعالية حضور عدد من ممثلي حكومة جنوب السودان، على رأسهم ضيف الشرف توت قلواك، مسؤول شؤون مفوضية السلام بدولة جنوب السودان.
شارك في البطولة 8 فرق للرجال وفريقان للسيدات، وسط أجواء حماسية ومنافسات قوية.
وتُوّج فريق الوطنيين بكأس البطولة بعد فوزه على نادي جوبا بولز في مباراة مثيرة وممتعة.

Outclasses Fox in a Thrilling Eighth-Round Clash of the CESBA Local Basketball League

a fiery atmosphere and in front of an enthusiastic crowd, Fox Team suffered a 81–73 defeat against Wajuma Team in the eighth round of the CESBA Local League, Season 2025–2026.

The match, which took place on January 25 at St adium Number Three in Juba City, witnessed a fierce battle and high-level competitiveness between both teams, as momentum shifted back and forth before Wajuma asserted its dominance in the decisive moments.
With this result, Fox records its second loss of the league campaign, despite a fighting performance that reflected the team’s strong competitive spirit.
