Was shooting at a private site where the blue-throated bee eater was nesting on a sand mound. This BTBE chick which has yet to fledge suddenly came out of the nest hole to look around.
The parent BTBE suddenly flew down to feed it. My shutter speed was too low to capture the moment thus the blurred image. Very interesting to see the dark green colour on the back of the chick.
The chicks at this site had fledged successfully
