1. Hold either of your wrist or hand in front of your body to create a visual "V". This will give the perception of a slimmer physique. Also, it can push your chest muscle together to make it look slightly bulgier.
2. Take a deep breath and hold your tummy in for a few sec. This can also push your chest forward to perceive a stronger upper body.
