is coming to Jewel! And this time we got a special peek behind the scenes with homegrown leather brand that designs these elegant, functional gifts specially for the festival 🎊

Don’t clear customs before customising your matsuri-exclusive luggage tag 🤪 It’s a sleek little pre-trip souvenir for sake lovers! Customisation is available for other select merch too. And from design to finish, Crafune’s passion really shows in every detail.

But what really caught our eye? Their signature leather sake bag! A stunning piece designed to hold two bottles, with a detachable divider to keep them secure. Price for the bag is $88 with a purchase of two bottles. If this isn’t the perfect gift for your sakeholic friends, we don’t know what else! 🍶👜

And there’ll be plenty of other gorgeous leather crafts to explore at Sake Matsuri, so drop by their booth as you kanpai away! 🥳

Not going to Japan? Daijoubu 👌🏻, Japan’s coming to us this month at ! 🇯🇵

For the first time ever, there’ll be a Toyosu-style fish market experience, inspired by Tokyo’s world-famous Toyosu Market! Get ready to indulge in fresh seafood, seasonal produce, and speciality ingredients air-flown straight from Japan. 🍣🍤🍇

Expect a showcase of dishes by Head Chef Anthony Yong and the team from .sg and .sg, thoughtfully curated to pair with premium sakes and bring out the best in every flavour. 😋

Excited about which pairs with what? We got your back! We’ve put together a fun cheat sheet based on their expertise, so you can have the best time sipping your way through the sake line-up at the matsuri! 🤩

DO NOT sleep on Chef’s favourite pairing: Tempura — he recommends pairing it with a Junmai Daiginjo with floral notes to bring out its delicate flavours. We’ve tried and tested it, definitely a YAY from us! 🥳

Save this cheat sheet for the ultimate Sake Matsuri experience! Kanpaiiii 🍶

Highlight of my trip - simply being able to reunite with my folks after 3 years since the pandemic started.

Being able to remain in touch with one another via FaceTime has been a blessing. But being physically absent in their lives these 3 years and seeing them aged truly reminded me that our time with our loved ones are limited and ought to be treasured.

It was a fortnight, parting was hard but I hope I made it count. My heart is certainly full to have along to spend quality time with them.

Rex KL - First opened in 1947, it used to be home of blockbusters and one of the biggest cinemas in Malaysia. It finally ceased operations in 2002 and is now a multi-purposed space, including this bookstore!

Certainly felt great to be able capture travel moments like this again!

Hey you guys who are going to Osaka very soon! The autumn foliage seems to be peaking in the coming few days and I just want to share this hidden gem of a temple in north west of .

We visited it probably a week too early but look at how beautiful the temple grounds was in the autumn backdrop 🍂🍁 The nearest train station is Minoo station which is about 30 minute ride from Osaka-Umeda station. The beautiful Minoo waterfalls is also located in this area. Granted it’s a pretty far walk to reach the temple from Minoo station so if you’d like to save time, you could easily hop on a cab/bus up. It was one of the most memorable day trips we did last year and we can’t recommend it enough!

Check out our vlog from that day in the comments below! Also let me know in the comments or dm your experience, would love to hear about it 😄 have an amazing trip guys!

Some of my best shots since I started switching to Fuji X-T2 last Nov 2016.. My style of photography is a mix of portraits and landscapes in a urban setting, all of which are taken in Singapore so far. Hoping to get better as I progress. Any thoughts do let me know in the comments!

Will be posting more content on this page very soon. In the meantime, do visit my instagram if you're interested in more pictures like these!
