Right from Day 1, Sandy was integral in being the heart of this surprise proposal.💍

It’s definitely a pleasure having to shoot the whole process of Rebecca slowly realising what Sandy’s collar says- “Rebecca Lilibeong Lim, Will You Marry Me?” and Daniel going down on one knee.

Thank you, Sandy for being such a great help on that very special day.😜

Scroll through this second series of shots to watch how the proposal unfolded.

A lot of planning & coordination was done between Daniel and his friends. I recalled having to meet his friends right below the Barrage and we were planning who to walk up the ramp with Sandy (She was wearing a “Will you marry me” collar and that’s the cutest prompt ever😆) and who to surprise Rebecca with the bouquet of flowers.

Strong winds and drizzle didn’t halt the plan but rather, motivated us to act faster while acting pretty ‘normal’ in a sea of people enjoying their Sunday with their loved ones.

I’m not sure how many families I’ve chased away (politely) in order for me to get a good shot of the entire proposal. Thankfully, all co-operated.😂

Jonathan and Tricia walked Sandy up the ramp and acted like they just saw Daniel & Rebecca. Little did she know that Sandy was trying to get Rebecca’s attention and oh boy… (stay tuned for the next post)💍

[Location-Marina Barrage🌁]

About 3 weeks ago, Daniel reached out to me and told me he had planned to propose to his girlfriend during a “picnic” at Marina Barrage.

First set of shots was vividly remembered as a day with strong winds, slight drizzle and dark clouds looming over Marina Barrage.

Despite the temperamental weather, the plan to make 17th October 2021 a memorable day for & was a tremendous success🎉🍾🪅
