2025 has been a meaningful year for our family. Our daughter just turned 17 and is already a freshman at NUS, after being accepted into the Yong Siew Toh Music Conservatory at 16.

This achievement reflects more than talent. It reflects years of patience and steady support from my wife, who has guided her since she first picked up the violin at two. Fourteen years of structure, discipline, and encouragement taught her what perseverance really means.

Grateful and proud of both of them. Happy 17th birthday.
