It was a crazy rainy day, some parts of Singapore were even flooded. But just 30 minutes before the proposal, the rain magically lightened. Dennis said he went from snapping people running in the rain to snapping swans 😂😂! He also said it was the first time no one suspected anything 🤣 The couple even took a selfie right in front of him.

He just kept “stalking” them for a good 10 minutes until everyone in the shelter slowly left…

Then he appeared right when the moment was about to happen
