Happy Mother's Day to everyone who's a mom!
Couple years ago when I took those pictures I don't think I knew fully what it means to be a mother. I still don't — not to the fullest extent.

But my years of photography connected me with many families, and I was lucky to observe. To immerse myself, to feel. Some of those clients became friends, and I got to observe and feel even more.

And today I can just say one thing. Dear moms... You're titans. Patient, wise, with a heart the size of Texas. Human — yet fighting for excellence in every little thing because it matters.

THANK YOU.
And I hope this summer I can finally hug MY mom again.

Returning clients are the best! And not just in terms of business, but on a personal level. Tomorrow I'm shooting a birthday party for an elegant gentleman named Harry, and I can't wait to meet him, his mom and sister again! And hopefully some other familiar little munchkins :)

Yes, kids' BDs are chaos. But it's a chaos I genuinely enjoy!

Kids are in their element and playful, even if shy at first, and parents can take turns tackling that tornado. And I am there, right in the eye of the storm, and everything is in slow motion.
