Shanghai/Shaoxing - The historic water town of Shaoxing is nearby Shanghai. I enjoy the lanten-lit windows on the old, antique rooftops, which have a timeless beauty that is both serene and attractive.

Shanghai - Cyclonic Eye: A bizarre spiral of light and shadow that directs the viewer's attention to an extraterrestrial whirlpool." Like a cosmic beacon, the complex shape draws you into the unknown. Is this a signal from extraterrestrial creatures or the entry to another dimension? Have the courage to wonder.
This unique impression could only be achieved using the Black and White medium.
I like to present with high contrast which will enhance and create dynamic structures.

In Shanghai, I challenge myself to make simplicity profound. The ordinary can become striking in black-and-white photography, and the subtle can speak volumes. Conveying mood, texture, and detail without a single hue. Black and white is where vision and creativity meet raw technique.
