Zwift - off the MAAP tour!!

This one’s a late share.
Not because it wasn’t exciting, but because I don’t always feel the need to post things at their loudest.

This was a head-to-head race on Zwift.
Two battles.
Women vs women.
Men vs men.

All happening inside MAAP Lab, with spectators watching every move, every surge, every small crack in focus. It was intense in a quiet way🤯no chaos, just effort on display and tension building with every watt.

I liked watching how people leaned in. How the room reacted. How the race lived not just on screen, but in the faces of those watching. Sometimes the story isn’t the finish line 🏁🍾 it’s the attention in the room.

Late post. Still a good one to sit with.

Flower Dome.

Places like this work really well for family sessions. It’s calm, contained, and visually rich, without being overwhelming. The kids stay engaged, the parents stay relaxed, and the moments come naturally.

Also… aircon helps a lot 🤣👌🏽

Come for the art. Stay for the love story.

Honestly, this was one of those sessions where I didn’t have to do much. They showed up, stayed present, and everything flowed naturally. I just followed along and framed what was already there.

National Gallery is one of my favourite places to shoot — dramatic when it needs to be, playful when you let it be, and always romantic in its own way.

They made a reel from this session and it’s still getting love until today. Always nice to see moments live a little longer😄

Date night at Lau Pa Sat.
Satay smoke everywhere, tourists everywhere…
but somehow it still felt like just the two of them.
The place isn’t exactly “romantic” dinner high end experience kinda thing.
But good food, warm lights, and the right person
tend to change things.

This is if Cha Moo Hee met Joo Ho Jin at Jewel-Changi Airport instead of Enoshima :p hehehe

So…
Instead of the sea breeze in Kamakura, they walked slowly along the Singapore River and Anderson Bridge.

Instead of chasing the northern lights in Canada, they danced until the Supertrees lit up the night.

Instead of Quarry Lake in Canada, they found stillness by Swan Lake at the Botanical Garden. Quiet smiles but loud butterflies.

Instead of the corners somewhere in Siena and Perugia, they lingered around Joo Chiat and Katong, letting the old city listen in silence. Cafés on every corner. Gelato in hand.

Haha, I know I know..nothing really beats the real thing.
But maybe happiness more than just about the place. Maybe it’s just about being there, with the person you love.

I’ve always had a soft spot for stories where she falls first…and somehow, he falls harder. Quiet, warm, and unforced.

This is the kind of story I love to tell — wherever it happens.

She thought she was just doing a solo shot.

Standing there on Anderson Bridge, Marina Bay Sands looking all dramatic in the background, fully focused on the camera. Meanwhile, behind her… he was already on one knee.

I didn’t say a word. Didn’t cough. Didn’t blink. Photographer instincts kicked in 😅

That tiny window where one person has no idea and the other is very sure is still one of my favourite moments to witness. No setup, no second take. Just timing, trust, and a city quietly watching it all unfold.

When your hotel is too cool not to turn it into a photoshoot.
No rushing out, no over-planning, just using what’s already there. For families, couples, or little ones, familiar spaces make everything flow better.

Shoot first, then head out for the event or just stay in and enjoy time with loved ones.

in laughter, in pauses, in the small reset before the next take.

Behind the scenes, nothing was loud.
But everything felt alive.

I know some people are scared of this, and I get it. But for me, I try to see it as a tool. A helpful one. Something that still holds a lot of possibilities when used with intention. At least, that’s how I’m choosing to look at it.
