Marine Parade Photography Society

Marine Parade Photography Society Marine Parade Photography Society is an interest group of Marine Terrace Breeze RC for enthusiasts to learn and trade tips and support the community.

"Photography is an art of observation. It has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them".--- Elliott Erwitt

We are a group of residents with a passion for the art of photography. We believe that through this art, much can be done for the world around us. Be it more love, more peace, more empathy or even more thoughts provoked. Let perceptions change, by s

howing how you see, through the lens. If you have a similar passion, join us in our journey to build this enclave of resident photographers in Marine Parade.

Singapore continues to evolve even after 50 years of independence. Streets that you traverse day on day, may not be around in the next 5 years, and photography is the best way to collect and preserve memories of yesterday street scenes. These photos will be a collection under National Archives of Singapore and a part of Singapore History for us to reminisce when we celebrate SG75 and SG100.

You can take part in this endeavour and submit your photos of Singapore street scenes, to the link below.
