Sweden! 🇸🇪 What a F***NG amazing journey this has been! Over 8000KM in 21 days from the most southern tip, Smygehuk to the most northern tip, Treriksröset, on a motorcycle! Through roads along the coast, to the forests of Hälsingland and finally the mountains of Laponia! Probably a few centimeters shorter and a flatter ass, but with so many new memories, amazing encounters and experiences.

And the best part? I haven't even been close to show you the best stuff yet - you will have to wait until spring of 2022 to READ THE BOOK! 🥳 📖

This epic shot is from my second day of this journey traveling through Sweden. The bike was so clean back then 😬 Now, just finished day 17 - not so much any more! 😑 Especially after so many dirt roads. Poor bike, she newer knew it coming when I picked her up at May 18 earlier this spring 😏

One major part of my journey is this: the small roads less traveled. Even if my street bike isn't the best choice for gravel roads like this one, it doesn't really matter. What ever bike you have is good enough for travel 👌

The last days have been filled with mostly gravel roads, and I can tell you the best images I have so far on this journey comes from these small, less traveled, roads!

This is what this trip is all about! Finding hidden gems beyond the generic European routes through Sweden - and enjoying the moment. Riding a bike is such an experience, you are in the zone, fully aware, and in your surroundings.

On Tuesday, a journey of a life time started! From Swedens most southern to northern points - and as many detours along the road you can (almost) get!

A photographic Odyssey on two wheels about rediscovering Sweden, and everything beyond the big, generic and insanely boring, European E-roads. Three weeks on the motorcycle and three weeks of childish curiosity.

Big shoutout and thanks to for setting me up with some nice wheels and gear 👌

I like simple and uncomplicated things. Like a coffee with some milk and no extra flavors or toppings. Or like using only a single light source when shooting. Its amazing how far you actually can go with just one strobe! Portraits of and pastry by Danna Vu 👌

Another outtake from my very productive session with Danna Vu at the Scandinavian Photo rental studio here in Stockholm. I think we managed to squeeze out several great images in under an hour - from hugging hello to hugging goodbye!⁠

Working together with other creatives is just so much fun! I met Danna Vu some years ago at the chocolate fair in Stockholm, Sweden. Since then we have worked a few times together. But, the last project we did for Culinary Canvas is probably the most fun one! Not only did we shoot two of her fantastic creations (one is in the second image), we also got to include even more creatives! Will show that work in a week or so.⁠
